Lightweight, strong, and reputable composite closed cell PVC core material for laminated sandwich construction. 80 Kg foam designed and used extensively in the marine, sub sea, aerospace, transportation, wind energy and construction industries. Suitable for use with most laminating resins. Sheets are available as plain or contoured with a scrim backing.

Thermo-Lite® is a unique lightweight composite product, manufactured with closed cell polymer foam and fibreglass that offers high specific strength and toughness.

The non-absorbent material is extremely durable and dimensionally stable, provides an excellent bonding surface, has good impact strength, sound and thermal insulation, and is resistant to contamination and high temperatures.

A flexible core and liner containing microspheres, suitable for both hand lay up and spray application processes.

Also offers a cost effective increase in stiffness and weight savings while minimising surface finishing.

Available for purchase by linear metre to full rolls.
